Artistry Lip Gloss Giveaway
Last night I had a Red Run. Yes, I absolutely name a run where I turn the shade a tomato (and in this case my tank top.)
Even though I waited until sunset to pull a 5-miler, I guess I underestimated the 90 degree high for the day in Orlando. I did pretty well, except for getting wind stitches a few times around the 3 mile mark.
Is it ironic that I was just talking about this last Friday in my Running for Beginners Q&A video? I think so. Regardless, I still patted myself on the red face for keeping a 8:43 pace and finishing the full 5 miles in 44 minutes.
Dinner
While Scott’s been gone, dinners have pretty much revolved around the same 3 components: a veggie/turkey “meat,” some kind of vegetable, and some version of fruit.
Last night I reminded myself how good the Morning Star Griller’s Prime Veggie Burger is. I sandwiched it between a Whole Wheat Deli Flat, topped it with ketchup and sided it with peas, sliced mushrooms and a Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry Banana yogurt.

Drink Chia! Giveaway Winners
Whew! That quick trip down to the Miami Heat game was a whirlwind!
I hope everyone had a great Superbowl Sunday…and GO GIANTS PATRIOTS… GO NFL! We didn’t quite get to watch as much of the game as we’d hoped, but instead got to spend the Sunday dancing the night away with Scott’s best friend from Chicago and a few others.
But, before I get to talking about our trip, I have some Drink Chia! Giveaway winners to annouce.
