I am not a registered dietician, nutritionist, or doctor. I am a certified personal trainer, however, I always recommend consulting a health care professional before attempting new workouts. The workouts I post are what work best for me, but might not be the right type of exercises for you.
I consider myself a health and fitness enthusiast, and do NOT post everything I eat. All content that I post on this blog stems from my personal experience, thoughts and knowledge. Before making any changes to your diet, I always recommend consulting a doctor or health professional first.
