Fruits & Vegetables “To Go”

Tuesday night I danced in my very first flash mob.

That’s me:  “Jane” the businesswoman.

Haven’t we all wanted to bust out into song and dance in public, then walk away like nothing happened?  If you ever get wind of a flash mob or an opportunity to be a part of one, I urge you to do it… and so does Jane.

Just when you thought sharing this has nothing to do with fruits & vegetables, I’ll throw in how I sipped on a new favorite mango citrus flavored water on the way over to the gig.

Along with some quick fun facts…

I’ve been an advocate for using Crystal Light in my water for years.  It’s a great way to add flavor to your water in exchange for 5 calories.  While this helped me power up at the gym, it didn’t provide me with any additional nutritional value.

I love that the twist tubes ensure a fruit & vegetable or two, and the delicious mango citrus taste is an extra bonus.

You just never know when you might need some pre-song and dance nutrients.
